Our items are made to be used. Since we are committed to sustainable, zero-waste practices, every piece of WANDR apparel is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.

What We Cover (The Quality Guarantee): If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will make it right immediately with a free replacement or a full refund. Please email us at support@wandrapparel.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the defect.

What We Do Not Cover (Sizing & Preference): Since each item is custom-produced to reduce environmental waste, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or sizing mistakes. We provide exact, detailed sizing charts on every single product page. We strongly encourage our flock to review these measurements before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit for the field.
